*THIS DREAM BEGINS IN a tron-like setting. i was in a room like a sound chamber in a department consigned to sound research. this place was divided into sections and bureau each one with its specific duties such as department XXC10 THETA was frequency research department 8XXB GAMMA was gravity 17XXXXV DELTA atom and molecular research etc. but one of their main objects was to see how all this could tie in to specific areas f the human brain to produce the desired effect. in short, they were exploring methods to bring humans into quantum consciousness. i remember speaking in a whisper in one of the sound chambers,only to have it amplified into a shout when it passed through several sound magnifying devices. i also several colors in deep purple and gold light connected to various experiments ,some of them to with ultra and infra colors not normally visible to the human eye. i had 4 escorts designated to accompany me around the facility at all times. i visited department 18XLIV DELTA specializing in elemental research ,with dials and charts for reading the earth surface and the same for oceans.for example the temperature of the earth's oceans the speed of the different currents at any moment the speed of the winds ,what areas were likely to have an earthquake or the possibility of one. where a hurricane was likely to hit, where a tidal wave was going to hit land and so on. also saw department 58 CV OMICRON which researched trans-dimensional space. now the place where i was was sealed off from any outside communication .that is, sound waves would bounce off of it. it was also blocked from any outside frequency penetration. it was a silent zone.now this facility was not unified. there was conflict between two factions.for all their advanced scientific knowledge they had still not achieved perfect harmony . i never was able to find out what it was they opposed or why,but they considered an area of research backed and supported by the prevailing faction to be dangerous in the extreme. the prevailing pooh-poohed their criticisms and insisted their fears were exaggerated. how this affected subsequent events i will tell in the next post​

pooh-poohed is an expression meaning they ridiculed the danger and thought it greatly exaggerated. i do not know how this expression originated. but that is its meaning
