Has anyone else had recurring “implanted” dreams that feel forced or scripted?

I’ve had a recurring dream three times now. It always involves well-known celebrities (which is unusual for me) and ends the same way every time.

Normally, I’m fully lucid and can move or change things easily. But in these, I can’t control anything—it’s like I’m being held in place or pushed through a set sequence. The feeling is more like being in someone else’s dream than my own.

I’m curious if anyone else has had dreams like this—especially if you practice lucid dreaming, astral projection, or remote viewing—and how you tell the difference between your own lucid space and one that feels “forced” or shared.

Not looking for dream interpretations, just pattern-checking to see if others are noticing something similar.

as a matter of fact,i have had similar dreams . very intense dreams which i see but for the most part am not in control. i do not follow a specific practice. that is to say, nothing like practicing a technique to induce lucid dreaming but i have had lucid dreams. and some of my dreams could be described as similar to remote viewing.here again, i have not practiced any technique.

You'd have to consider some amount of conspiracy, like MKUltra. Body snatchers. Abductions. I'm old enough and have had some amount of healing, so I don't think on it anymore. But there was a time concerning my youth, very young days, where I considered these things. How far down do you want to go?

I believe it's different for everyone, because sensory connections are different for each brain/person.
For me, when it "feels" shared the static I feel in the dream state is gone, the chaotic cascade of backround desires my subconscious wants to bring out, doesn't seem present and the visuals become more defined and clear perhaps even colorful.
