I just had a dream and it kinda disturbed me a lot and now I can't sleep.

The dream wasn't in my perspective, I dreamt about a group of people 4 groups of people playing a strange game where we need to "snatch" their body parts, the person in my perspective eventually get their body parts the only ones I can remember is limb and rib, and then the person disappeared, it was in a dim environment.
I dreamt about this just now, now I can't sleep.

Hazel...it would be helpful ( in general..) To know about age and gender...
Sometime the psychic structure can be torn in pieces and then, like in a puzzle, it will be connected in a different way..or diff. Picture..
Maybe something big has happened in your life ?
But without a little bit more input from yourself it is just guessing🎏
