Hello Euriks (from the Greek euriskein?, "Eureka": a cry of joy or satisfaction when someone finds or discovers something),
you have indeed experienced something special with Yourself: you have experienced the process described in Christian circles with 'Born Again As a Christian'. But this was the genuine born again experience!
You 'know' that intuitively saying: "I died literally, just relived huhu".
I say that because I am an expert by experience from 40 years ago at the age of 23, although our experiences do not match one to one. I'll explain your 'dream' later but before that I give you my experience on the night of December 22, 1985:
I went to bed after reading a piece from the New Testament, like I did the past three weeks before going to bed. In the process of trying to fall asleep, with my eyes closed my thoughts went out to all kinds of events that I had experienced around that time. Suddenly a demon stood in front of me! A devilish multicolored figure with big eyes and teeth that seemed to consist of fire and flames. The best description is to refer to a terrible Chinese dragon whose sight alone causes you to collapse. At the time, both my father and my mother were still alive, but unlike in your case, I had lived on my own for over a year. So I was allowed to call myself a grown man, .... but with Death in front of me and the thought "this is it", my thoughts went out to my mother like George Floyd. I screemed loudly "mama !!!" ....., But that figure didn't budge so what immediately followed was: "God !!!!!" .... ditto ... so was my only other option then, ... just like you, .... Jesus!!!!!!!! In my experience I shouted half the city together, much harder and more powerful than the first 2 times, ... like a lion, ... the ground trembled and ... ... I don't know how I got up but the next thing I remembered was that Í was after that monster! It ran out of my house, into the stairwell ... When I was standing outside the door on the top of the third floor, he had already reached the second floor on his way out .... The thought came to me "let go" so I turned back into my house. When I was standing in the door between the kitchen and my bedroom, I saw my body in bed about 3 meters away and almost the same time I was wide awake in bed! I was ... born again but at that moment I didn't know that yet. God revealed that to me afterwards in a short dream that impressed but I didn't understand. And when I arrived at John a short time later after reading Mathew, Mark, Luke, I read something I had experienced in that short revelation dream!
What we both have experienced in common is that we saw the result after calling the name of the Real Lord, ... by calling Him by His Name!!!!
The difference is that I was in my body when I called Him by His name (as I had got the instruction 2 weeks earlier¡ from Him but that is eventual for another time) ... and He pulled me out of my body and send me after that monster Myself, making me who I am today: Having No Fear For Any Witch or Any Devil!!!
You, the Ego sharring your experience here with us, as you said "Your spiritual self", was outside "your room Lingering trying to find a way out". ... "But couldn't find one". So in one way or the other you realized that you were in big spiritual trouble". You tried to find a way out of bondage but still you were lingering. That is the reason why "the girl was tapping her toes because of impatience beside your rooms door", that is her room too!! Because what I think is that this girl is your 'roommate', your Soul, your Better Half, Your Higher Self!
According to your discription, your Soul, S(He), the real Man in you, Child of God, thus devine, "whispered you some words whitout sound (insinuating while starring telepatically deeply in your eyes as a parent, a partner), what to do!". End yes, you grasp it ultimately and ...Jesus!!!
Normaly I began to explain most of the dreams using My Standard Model Of the Ego, living is his/her house, the body with his/ her partner. In your case, because you are obviously still living with you parents, the body, the personal space of you and your Soul is kind of introduced as "your room", which is literally so but God / your Soul with this dream also tried to transmit trough this lesson, that Some Entity Had Pushed You Out Of Your Body ... but maybe because of your age, that was shielded, S)He didn’t let you see that, but you felt the danger end the urge to go back ... the right way.
There was a reason you and Soul were standing out of the body: You have in one way or another, knowing or innocenty, violated the first commandment of what you called " The Book Of Live" and we now generally as 'The Word If God', that is to say bowing for, thus opening your body for another lord.
The more you reach for and learn, the richer (in spiritual terms) you can become.
