Weird cat dream 1

In this dream, I was at home at night, around 10 p.m. I was in the backyard with an unfamiliar cat that was staring at me without blinking, in a position as if it were on high alert. We were both connected to a strange device that looked like a vital-signs monitor. The cat was connected from its tail to my body.
Before I turned the device on, more cats arrived, these were cats I did recognize in the dream and they also stared at the two of us in the same alert state, as if they were waiting for something to happen.
Then I turned the device on, and I could feel strange vibrations in my body that came from the cat. A strange music I didn’t recognize started playing, and before anything else could happen, I woke up. I think the dream was going to continue, but my alarm woke me up.

Weird bro. Cats have strange energy. I like this dream a lot. Fascinating. Tuning in. Getting cat vibrations technologically yet primally. From connection. The fact that the newest focus is an unfamiliar cat. The unknown/new is where the energy is. More familiar cats come and get entranced.

Please be wary of the strings of words that say nothing (ala the fortune cookie trick). It's even more dangerous for those parroting them than those originally saying them, for while the latter might be studying and speculating, the former is claiming a certain amount of authority via the originator ("He's famous and must know these things, and since I am repeating them, I know these things, too"). It's a highly deceptive/inauthentic practice that benefits no one's clarity, unless applied to a unique situation by someone who brings value *to* that string of words (parroting has zero value in and of itself because it does not *imply* meaning simply by its existence). It must be given value in that moment of applying.

(Also, please do not take this as a personal criticism and short-circuit the learning opportunity/analysis. These kinds of things are worth discussing by those who want to better understand the benefits or harm to others. There are several examples showing the dangers/undermining-of-true-communication that happens as a result, and I would be happy to discuss them off this thread with anyone who is interested.)

Lecture Two:

WE MUST FIRST TURN TO EGYPT, PROBABLY THE ORIGINAL home of cats, for mythological material where aspects can be found that fit into all of our categories, that is, the cat as:
1. a symbol of maternal nature as well as of a false nature,
2. a symbol of rage and emotion,
3. A symbol of coziness and laziness
4. A hunter

But i have to realize that reading in our online KI and Chat world is not that popular anymore and i trust those old famous thinkers...uncluttered minds like Einstein said🎏🎄

And when I got today my material from the jung org new york i realized that it showed me where my HEIMAT , where my home is...
I have always tried to honoure the sacred of dreams ...without parroting...you helped my decision...🎏

I agree wholeheartedly with this, that it would have helped you none in all your years (outside of the earliest learning stages of childhood), and would not be acceptable in any decent higher education, where *application and refinement* become most important to growth. Jung himself would want/expect this of you! This is also why I'm certain it wouldn't help Erick in this case, in this thread.

So, why even put it, sans any kind of helpful context/analysis if you wanted to do more than self-aggrandizement? I'm truly curious about your methods. Please do not settle for simply feeling the emotional need to have value/be validated, but continue the work to make it a (shared) reality. If you agree that the value must be added, then please add context to what you quoted and why, so that it might benefit. Thank you for your efforts.

Sad to hear if you mean it in a "never the two shall meet" way :( because my world is always expanding and improving, and can incorporate whatever you can add. Is there no insight/idea/emotional-nuance sharing in your world? That would be unthinkable in my world, but if so, then I apologize for trying to urge sharing and warn against the lack of sharing.

Sorry, Erick. In penance for drawing the thread so far off topic, I will state that I've always been around cats, and never analyzed any kind of sun-moon relevance in them. Female cats act quite differently than the males, which makes for amusing personifications, but they are individualistic enough for me to believe that generalizing them is almost as big a foul as doing so with humans, only fit for shortcuts when discussing certain trends or relevance (even within dreams).

I have often seen that powerful concentration stare from a cat, where they observe you, analyze you in the way of trying to figure out if they will accept what you are doing (or disapprove, heh, and this usually precedes a scampering for cover or a relaxing if what they are seeing fits into their world view). Of course they are highly curious, but also know they are firmly in the middle of the food chain, and their instinct is sometimes all that keeps them alive. All of this is loaded into that kind of stare.

It's also telling that it was connected via its tail, which is very important to them in ways we have a hard time understanding, and if they have being-energy, it most definitely changes-runs the length of the tail. Cats will often use their tails like conduits, passing along communication like their fondness, annoyance, and the like. So it's not surprising that the tail is the connecting point.

I'd like to know your own thoughts on it, what the significance of the cat (male or female?) or the machine meant *to you* upon reflection. Do you have even the faintest of ideas where the dream was headed when your alarm so rudely interrupted? Heh, if we run with the old idea that cats are alien visitors, they could have very well been preparing you to receive some vibes along those lines. :D Updated code for their human project.
