Dissapearence and woman's role

Hey,
I would like to share my dream with you in hope that anyone on here can help me out what it could be about. I hope I don't bore you to death with it, lol.

It started out with me being at some kind of market Making food. It was dark but still people were there only not so many. Opposite of where I worked was a woman who too worked, making food. I first recognized her as a previous co-worker only I did not actually see her but only felt, identified her as such, but then it was as if we were both Asians in Asia somewhere ( and nothing shocking about it).

As the dream proceed it came to my knowledge that she was now missing. Had gone by free will or something happened to her. I tried to find answers but when I did feelings came to me and knowings that she was outcasted and if I would continue my search I too would risk puttning shame to my name, my familys, and me being outcast. The strong message that came through was a voice saying "Your husband is not happy with you". The risk was that he would push me out and our children would stay with him and his first family. In the dream I was limited on what I could do or not. I could not make it on my own, and I could not make it with getting the children and leaving the husband. I could not go places without a grown male by my side and if it was not my husband and if he had not allowed the male by my side it was not allowed.

In the dream I tried to find her in secret, but I did not dare to push it as people I wss afraid would whisper and talk behind my back. I was afraid if my husband or some family member of his found out. I knew in the dream that I loved my children and could not risk it and so I stopped looking for clues and ways to find out about her. I felt bad about it. It was as though hers and my identities were melted into one. She could have been I and I could have been her.

The feelings in the dream felt so real and special but I could not say where I got it from.

Can someone help me interpret it? Could it be fragments from lets say a past life even?

I saw the same person while dreaming, I told her to follow my instructions and she agreed to do whatever she pleased with me, Sparing her life to me, we were heading to grocery store where some guy with his cheesy voice and nerdy face, I tell him which vegetable is and his answer is Banana, we took that, we took strawberries apples, and pear.

It's just a fruit and vegetable market, I used to go there like 9 times, I was making thoughts of working as a manager or something like that, to make it quicker you have to use your delivery experience to undertasking for peeling off the banana skin.

Once I head back, my mother didn't want me to be friends with the woman, I told her to go to hell and I stick it to the plan, the message is on the Facebook Messenger and I saw an text "your family is not happy with your possible relationship" which I denied and I replying I'm wasn't into it because the person is older than me and I'm here for the woman only as a friend, their decision is a pure mindless and not having creative juices left in the tank.

At 4:00 PM, I came to visit her and she seems pretty odd, one minute she's happy when she need, medicine to flex her but the next day, she holding a weapon item in her pocket, I tell her to handed it over and she gave in, looking like a disturbed woman, didn't trust anyone spit on the 30 year old man's car, hiding in the sewers, something's off, I comfort her and we went to therapy for a session where she stayed at about 30 minutes, once the session finish its last sentence, she told me that she's been dealing with substances for the last 4 years, and didn't get rid of these things that make her feel anger, I took her to rehabilitation center she spent 40 days 24 hours and 9 minutes of rejuvenating her life, I didn't want my family to know that I helped a former drug addict, if the woman was asian things could go in that direction, a woman's mouth is full of saliva germ type balls, I tell her to spit and dispose the water nose germ chemical type disease, she finally got sober and live happily ever after, High points for me.

I kept a secret in order to find durability of the States, I should tell my grandmother about something happened, it backfired instead I had to go to find my $35 hoodie jacket and not telling her, it wrote it off as a emotional trainwreck dream which it never got on the ground, but I managed to turn around and rewrite it.

Will anyone help me interpret it? Could it be fragments from a past life even? Or just an rescue mission?

• Market (general DreamMoods)

A market in dreams represents an emotional or physical need that you feel lacking in waking life, or frugality and limitation. A barren or dim market can indicate depression, gloominess, or void in your life .

• Food / Cooking

Food symbolizes thoughts, ideas, beliefs the mind needing to digest new information or belief systems .

Cooking or preparing food is about nurturing, transformation of ideas, and mental/spiritual digestion.

• Missing person (woman)

Dreaming someone is missing relates to unresolved issues or feelings connected to that person or missing aspects of yourself that you’ve suppressed. (Women often represent emotions, nurturing, motherly protection, feminine traits we associate with society traditions on women though modern mindsets may vary on this point now person to person or given traumatic backrounds)

• Kidnapping / outcast theme

Dreaming of someone being kidnapped signifies feeling trapped or suppressed. It can represent suppression of qualities of that person or yourself that you aren't allow to express.

• Victim / powerless

The role unable to act or restricted aligns with the symbol of being a victim, feeling oppressed, powerless, unable to change the situation .

• Rules about restriction (male accompaniment, needing permission)
Implies oppressive control: this with being under control or suppressed, feeling unable to move without authority pressure.

• Feelings / Emotions (as described in dream)

Emotions felt in dreams are direct reflections of current internal feelings not symbols meaning the fear, guilt, shame, love, identity fusion you described are your raw feelings, not likely disguised metaphors.

1. Market = emotional void + limited choice. You’re operating in dim circumstances—basic survival, not growth.

2. Cooking = trying to nurture or transform beliefs/identity.
You're engaged in processing inner parts (food = ideas, self).

3. Missing coworker = suppressed self or parts. Something has gone missing within you (or someone you identify with), and it happened under pressure not necessarily by choice.

4. Kidnapped / outcast = forced suppression or exile.
You sense that expressing that part could lead to social death.

5. Being powerless = victim dynamic. You're stuck no autonomy, no safe path to reclaim that identity.

6. Rules and restriction = external authority shutting you down.
You're under control of a figure (husband/authority) that restricts your movement and decisions.

7. Emotion realness = you're emotionally experiencing shame, fear, guilt, love, identity fusion in waking life.
These aren’t metaphors they are literal psychological states.

Symbol / Theme Meaning How it showed up in dream

Market:
Lack, limited options, emotional frugality Dark, quiet market where food is made Cooking Food Mental digestion, nurturing ideas, transforming beliefs.

You’re preparing food melding thoughts/emotions Missing Person Unacknowledged/absent part of self or unresolved relationship:
The coworker disappears, identity overlap occurs
Kidnapped / Outcast:
Suppression, rejection, or denial of qualities Fear of shame, exile if search continues
Victim / Powerless:
Feeling controlled, powerless, trapped Restrictions on movement and action
Emotional weight Emotions in dream reflect real current internal states Shame, fear, guilt, love feel actual and raw

TL;DR
Bottom‑line:

This dream,

A part of you that's been suppressed or disappeared (coworker = part of self).

The fear of risking everything to reclaim it social exile, shame, loss of children or position.

Real sense of being stuck under an authority that controls your autonomy.

Raw emotional truth in the dream reflects real, unfiltered feelings you carry now.

( I tried to break it down I kept having to come back and kept losing my work and my points in my notes lol 😆 so I posted the best I could. Hope this was useful.)
