Hi! I'm SF! I had this dream around a year or more ago and I can remember it vividly. Quick note, I've never actually had a nightmare, and this is the only dream that I'm aware of that was remotely scary, even so, it was just shocking.
So it started off with me in an old, almost run down looking bowling alley. It was in fact, quite run down. The front desk was by the left side of the door, and in front of the door was the open bowling alley. Surprisingly enough, I did not do any bowling in this dream. I remember the person at the front desk was kind of obscure, a nose on the fatter side, thick brown hair and a U shaped beard with a short mustache. He gave me the cold shoulder and a few glares a lot of the time. The dream was kind of odd, it was sort of clipping out, objects kept switching positions, and in the dream it felt like I had a friend with me, yet no one was there, that I could see at least.
The oddest part of the dream was the old, huge cabinet in the left corner of the bowling alley. It was kind of vintage with the looping and curving legs. I saw it briefly before I was suddenly outside(?). The whole dream kind of had an abandoned building vibe, old, kind of groggy, yet it felt so sharp. When I "breathed" in the dream, the air didn't feel dull, it felt cold. Outside was night time, and the cabinet was outside too, pressed against the wall of either a white house or a red brick house. I feel like a storm trap door used for hurricanes was by it too, I'm not too sure, after I saw the desk worker, things were a little harder to remember. I had a flashlight in my hand, one that shone white. I was like a good two to three yards away from the dresser/cabinet, and when I got like really close, maybe a foot away, a black German Shepard-looking canid burst through the dresser doors and snapped it's jaws at me. What I remember most was that the teeth were white, like a dull white, I don't think it had eyes either. It didn't use it's whole body to lunge out, it was just the neck, and it was at an angle too.
The dream ended as it snapped it's jaws at me.
I like to think I remember a lot of my dreams, and I have. But this one is by far the most "Vicious" one I've had. I've never had a nightmare, sleep paralysis, or sleep walked. I sleep on my back usually. To this day, it's the most memorable dream I have had. I didn't feel scared when it snapped at me, I just felt shocked I think, like a little bit in a stupor. In the dream as it burst through, I could really feel my heart rapidly beat, and it kind of felt a little "thrilling".
