Dreams about a countdown

I had strange dreams with glowing numbers on a black background that started a countdown from 60, quickly going down. When it reached 0, I began to feel intense pain; I can’t really describe it well, but it was as if I were having a heart attack. After the pain ended, I would wake up from the dream. This happened at least three times, not consecutively, but all on the same night.
I should mention that I also kept waking up several times during the night. Before those dreams, I had another one that I find hard to fully remember, but it was about my body being obese (I’m thin in real life), and I was watching TV with somewhat disturbing content.
I don’t have any heart disease, but I do have chronic kidney failure, and I don’t know why I feel that the dreams I had that night are related to my condition.
