OK, here's one I had quite some time ago, when I was 21 years old. Make of it what you will.

I'd moved into an apartment (apartment 3D, third floor overlooking a part of downtown Sarasota FL) with my girlfriend Chrissy.
We'd been in the apartment for maybe a week, if that, when I began having this dream. It had a singular quality to it, kinda hard to describe in which way it was different from normal dreams... it felt more like something that was actually happening, something from the outside that was 'coming into' the dream.

Anyway, I started having this dream every night. I'd dream there was a girl dancing in the corridor outside our apartment. She had long dark hair, a lithe, sinuously sexy figure, and I somehow knew her name was Nadine.

She danced outside the apartment door the first few nights. Then, I dreamed she had opened the door, and was dancing in the doorway. I could see her clearly, sinuously undulating, writhing... but something about her felt 'off'. Definitely not friendly.

The following night she was in the room, dancing, staring at me steadily, with a look of condescension, a somehow bitter smile playing over her lips. At this point, I was getting a bit alarmed. And I couldn't figure out why I should feel such alarm, it was just some screwy dream, but...

The next night, she was much closer, very near our bed, and staring at me while she danced, pure maliciousness pouring off her. I knew then that she wanted me dead, and she wouldn't quit until she had what she wanted.

Upon awakening the next morning, Chrissy gave me this funny, troubled look and said, "I've got to tell you something, please don't think I'm crazy but I keep having this dream that some girl is in here and she wants to kill you, and it's creeping me out.". When I told her what I'd been dreaming about, she about freaked. As did I.

It took me awhile to get my head around what she'd said. It still seems impossible, to this day. True story this, by the way - I did NOT make this up. Never had anything like it happen before, or since.

Long story short, without saying much more about it we packed our stuff and left, losing 3 weeks rent money plus the deposit money, and despite the considerable financial hit, didn't care. We just wanted away from there.

For a couple of weeks I was genuinely worried that whatever had been in that apartment would follow me, but there were no more dreams of Nadine.

Addendum: as we got in my truck to leave, an older tenant of the apartment building walked up to my window. She said, " Leaving so soon?" I said something, I don't remenber, and she said, "Oh, you were in 3D, weren't you?" and smiled sadly at me, slowly shaking her head. I just waved and left.

Yes - true story.

Hi Lex. Nope, never had another one like that. Never believed in ghosts until that experience. Pretty certain that something was haunting that room and getting into my dreams.

Hello Fuddy, welcome on Dreamforum! Anyone that have experienced an en counter with an angel, a ghost, a demon / a devil Know and aknowlege that there or good and evil ... in the spiritual world! I have read all you have published and and what stands off strongly at this stage is that you apparently are a very sensitive person in the sense that you detect bad spiritual beings in your environment and that from childwood on. My core bussyness here at Dreamforum is translate/decode dream(masage)s but at this stage non of these dreams carry a hidden message, ... although you both clearly onderstood the message / the threat from Nadine in real time: "3D is my space, beat it now or else ..." and so you did!

In a dream with what I call "a hidden message' your girlfriend, That Time, just would represent your soul and ( the apartment) 3D, your body, home of spirit (you!) and (your) Soul. But Nadine did't even allow you the favor to have the illusion that it had become your home.
