I recently purchased a Purple brand rubber pillow, and while the initial upfront cost of it was pretty expensive, I believe that is has significantly improved my sleep quality. I'd like to know if you guys have made any improvements to your sleep space to improve your quality of sleep. They don't have to be expensive upgrades.
